Allow better text formatting in the Description section on Course video, audio and file type episodes.
In the course builder, the Text Page builder is quite nice.
We can even embed and write code directly, which I love.
But the text area (aka Description area) of the Video episodes Audio episodes and File (download) episodes doesn't allow any formatting. It doesn't even allow returning a line ( <br> ).
Would it be difficult to allow the Text Page builder to be used in the description area?
I often want my students to view text or fill in the blank or get hints from text while they watch or listen to media.

Uteach: This has been marked COMPLETE but only the video page details now displays the new text editor. The audio page is still the same as before. Would it be too time-consuming to do the same for the audio details too?
